Return Policy

If you encounter a problem with your order, contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt. All returns must be pre-approved and the return authorization number must be written clearly on the box/package. Returns without an authorization code will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 14 days of the date your authorization code is issued (23 days allowed if overseas). There will be a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless product is defective. All items must be in original packaging and in unused condition. Packaging and/or yardage altered in any way - cutting, washing, etc - will not be accepted and no credit will be made for such returns. Please send all returns by trackable means and properly packed as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in the mail. We cannot accept packages postage due or COD.

We have a $50 minimum purchase requirement in order to receive wholesale pricing, so if you return items and your original order total then drops below the $50 minimum, the order will then be subject to retail pricing and the total will be adjusted to reflect this when the credit is applied. In some cases this adjustment can result in no credit on your return.

Creases or wrinkles in the silk are normally the result of packaging, often unavoidable, and not considered defects. This can be easily taken care of with an iron on silk setting. We do not refund or exchange any pieces affected in this way. We can not guarantee ribbon color lot consistency or that colors/ribbons will not bleed or fade with time. Very dark colors are particularly susceptible to running. We do not refund or exchange any pieces affected in this way.

 Returns, exchanges, and refunds for custom orders are not allowed.

Returned/Undelivered Packages

If your package is returned to us by the postal service, we will contact you to let you know.  If the package has been returned to us as a result of our error, we will re-send the package to you for no extra charge.  If you provided incorrect delivery details, or failed to collect your package if applicable (not at home or do not contact post office after notice is left, etc) you will be required to pay us an additional postage charge, which will notify to you. 

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery date, please contact customer service within 30 days.

We are not responsible for lost orders that are not reported within 30 days of the date your order ships.
